TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to WEAR — a digital marketplace connecting users with their favorite fashion brands. These Terms of Service govern your use of the WEAR platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using WEAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your Relationship with WEAR

WEAR provides a platform to connect buyers (“Users”) and vendors (“Sellers”) for the purpose of selling and purchasing products.
WEAR is not a seller, not a delivery agent, and does not own any of the goods listed. All transactions take place directly between Users and Vendors.

Orders & Payment Handling

All payments are processed via Paystack. Here’s how the flow works:

Buyers pay the full amount through Paystack on WEAR.
WEAR deducts a 5% platform commission.
The remaining 95% is sent to the Vendor through a registered Paystack subaccount.
Payouts are settled within 1–2 business days, subject to Paystack and the vendor's bank.

Buyer Data & Vendor Access

To fulfill your order, vendors will receive:

Your name
Shipping address
Phone number

Vendors are not permitted to store or reuse this data longer than 5 days after delivery, unless required for legal reasons. WEAR enforces this via platform policy.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use WEAR in good faith, and not to:

Misrepresent yourself
Engage in fraud or abuse
Violate intellectual property or the law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of Liability

WEAR is not responsible for:

Product quality or accuracy
Missed or delayed deliveries
Vendor behavior

While we aim to mediate any disputes, ultimate responsibility lies with the Vendor. You agree to release WEAR from any claim or liability arising from your interaction with Vendors.

Disputes

Issues should be raised within 7 days of expected delivery. Contact support at we.ar.wear.brand@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist.

Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of WEAR implies acceptance of the revised terms.
